How it works

Your craving picks the lane (comfort, fresh, indulgent or light), your hunger sets the calorie target (snack ≈350 kcal, normal ≈500, starving ≈600+), and low energy bumps quick-prep meals up the deck. The cards are pulled from Ascend's real meal database — the same names, macros and prep times you'd get in the app — and ranked by fit, not by ads or sponsorships. Swipe right to open a meal, left to pass.

Why ask about mood before suggesting meals?

Because 'what should I eat' depends on state, not just macros. Low energy wants low-effort meals; a comfort craving ignored usually ends in a worse choice later. Matching the mood first makes the healthy option the easy option.

Are these real meals?

Yes — every card comes from Ascend's in-app cookbook with its actual calories, protein and prep time. Nothing is sponsored and nothing is invented for the quiz.

What happens with this in the app?
