Find your strength tier. Climb from Recruit to Apex.
Every muscle gets ranked by bodyweight-adjusted strength, not raw kilos, so a 60kg lifter and a 100kg lifter compete on a level field. Recruit → Climber → Summit → Apex, per muscle, updated every week.

Per-muscle tiers ranked by bodyweight strength (estimated 1RM ÷ bodyweight)
Fair across sizes, lighter lifters aren't punished

How are strength tiers calculated?
Ascend takes your best estimated 1RM per lift, divides by bodyweight, decays old PRs, and maps the result to a tier, so the ranking reflects relative strength, not raw load.
Am I strong for my bodyweight?
That's exactly what tiers answer. Each muscle shows your tier and how far you are from the next rank, so "is my bench good?" gets a real answer.
Do tiers cost extra?
