What league are you in?
Global 1RM leaderboards crush lighter lifters. Ascend's leagues divide every lift by bodyweight and a per-muscle reference, so a 60 kg lifter can outrank a 100 kg one. Enter your numbers and find your tier — per lift, and overall.

Strength references for…
Tier thresholds are sex-normalised, same as the app's leagues.
Each lift's 1RM is divided by your bodyweight, then by a per-muscle intermediate reference (per sex, anchored to Strength Level cohort data) to produce a Strength Index. SI maps to the same ladder for every lift: Iron < 0.4, Bronze ≥ 0.4, Silver ≥ 0.6, Gold ≥ 0.8, Diamond ≥ 1.0, Champion ≥ 1.25. Your overall tier is the average across entered lifts — in the app the same math runs live per muscle group from your logged sets, and you compete in per-muscle leagues.
References
Why per-muscle references instead of one ratio?
A 1.0× bodyweight overhead press is elite; a 1.0× squat is a beginner milestone. Dividing by a per-muscle intermediate reference makes the same ladder fair for every lift — you can be Diamond in squat and Silver in press, which tells you exactly what to train.
How is this fair across bodyweights?
Everything is bodyweight-relative before it touches the ladder. A 60 kg lifter benching 60 kg and a 100 kg lifter benching 100 kg land in the same tier. In the app this powers leagues where lighter lifters genuinely compete.
What does my weakest link mean?
Your lowest-tier lift — and your fastest promotion. Tiers are computed per muscle, so pulling one lift up a tier is much quicker than raising your whole total. The app's coach programs toward exactly this.
